Mickie was awesome. We worked with 2 other realtors over 3 years to find the house we wanted. Mickie was the last of the 3 and even though we found a house at auction she stayed with us and helped us through it. When it came time to sell our old house even though it was 18 months later, she stayed with us through everything, there was no doubt who we wanted to help us sell our home. Michelle (Mickie) Klump Mickie had helped my son purchase his first home last July and through his experience, I discovered what an invaluable professional resource she proved to be. She was available to him every step of the way as he confronted one challenge after another in a crazy sellers’ market. From mortgage pre-approval through inspection and closing, Mickie anticipated and managed every landmine in the heated housing market. Later, in October when I decided to sell my home in Novi, there was no question who I would call on for assistance. My experience with Mickie’s knowledge, availability and market awareness was very much the same as my son’s, only this time from a seller’s perspective. From setting the asking price to recommending a few critical changes to having key professional relationships with the best photographers, title companies and other realtors, Mickie was amazing. She knew how best to show my home and from a wealth of experience, knew what factors would matter and not matter to buyers. She recommended setting the asking price at a remarkably perfect sweet spot; high enough to be consistent with the most current comps and low enough to get plenty of traffic. In just three days, thirty appointments were made and kept. Offers came in exactly as she anticipated and in at least one case when a realtor came in below asking, she called him and because of her connection, was able to level with him that he was wasting his time. Like with my son, she was available every step of the way through closing and was very reassuring when the highest bidder apparently as a result of the frenetic market and buyer’s remorse withdrew their offer. Mickie called every showing realtor to assess their buyer’s reactions to the house. In the end, my home sold for $31,000 above the asking price. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Mickie and enthusiastically recommend her without reservation.
